About The Position

Provides support to the organization by managing customer activities, coordinating programs, and assisting in driving account growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree required at minimum.
  • At least 2 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to respond effectively to inquiries from customers, operations, purchasing and other business stakeholders.
  • Skilled in preparing professional correspondence in a structured format.
  • Capable of presenting information clearly to management, sales teams, engineers, and customers.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required.
  • Ability to perform basic calculations involving discounts, percentages, rounding and geometric measurements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage different variables in non-standard situations.
  • Ability to interpret instructions presented in written, oral or schedule formats.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer quote requests, coordinate with Estimating, distribute quotes, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Review and validate customer orders for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and revision levels; communicate order details and any updates to customers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to support order fulfillment and program planning.
  • Support the introduction and management of new products or customer programs, overseeing progress from initiation through implementation in alignment with established processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and purchasing to manage supply needs, including order impacts and cancellations.
  • Prepare reports and compile data to support management decision-making.
  • Provide ongoing support to account Sales Representatives and Sales Manager.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints related to quality issues and questions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and logistics partners to expedite or track orders and resolve shipment issues.
  • Identify opportunities to expand sales by promoting additional products or services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
