About The Position

As an Inside Sales Appointment Setter with ProConnect, you’ll speak with homeowners by phone and book qualified appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. ProConnect is the Inside Sales Centre for Renewal by Andersen. We connect homeowners with Design Consultants for in-home window and door replacement consultations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing, sales, service, call centre, appointment-setting, or phone-based role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
  • Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Book 8–10 qualified appointments per day
  • Complete 200+ calls per day
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Follow a proven script while keeping conversations natural
  • Build rapport quickly
  • Handle objections professionally
