About The Position

The Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator manages customer inquiries, sales activities, orders, and shipment of stock inventory through ERP and CRM systems, ensuring accurate execution and on-time fulfillment while enabling outside sales to focus on business development. Note, Kvaser Inc. will be hiring two roles for this position where duties may be split up on a day to day basis, and one role acts as a back up for another.

Requirements

  • Must work normal business hours in-person from the Novi, MI office to support order fulfillment and shipping
  • Experience in inside sales, sales coordination, CRM/ERP systems, customer service, order management, logistics and order fullfilment preferred
  • Must work with astrong sense of urgency and responsiveness to colleagues and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment, increase sales, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prior experience may include Inside Sales Representative, Sales Coordinator, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Logistics Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound RFIs and RFQs, qualifying inquiries and routing quotations and orders to outside sales as required
  • Maintain accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Outlook, including scheduling appointments and follow-up tasks for outside sales
  • Prepare accurate, timely quotations and serve as the primary point of contact for customer order inquiries and status updates
  • Support CRM reporting, pipeline visibility, and ongoing sales process improvements
  • Manage customer orders end-to-end within the ERP system (Jeeves), ensuring accurate inventory levels and on-time daily shipment
  • Proactively communicate with customers via email and phone regarding order status, shipping updates, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with outside sales and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment challenges efficiently.
