This is an inside sales and customer experience role where you'll convert inbound leads into booked appointments, educate customers on our services, and build lasting relationships that drive business growth. Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to confidently ask for the sale.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM software or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of residential home services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and online inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Build rapport with homeowners and identify their service needs.
  • Recommend the right services and confidently communicate pricing and value.
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and close opportunities.
  • Confirm job details, scheduling, and customer expectations prior to service.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within our CRM.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from booking through completion.
  • Resolve customer questions or concerns while delivering exceptional service.
  • Stay current on our services, promotions, and pricing to confidently educate customers.
