About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative in our Product Development Group, you will serve as a trusted partner to both new and existing customers by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, processing and managing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in sales, customer service, or business.
• 1-3 years’ previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
• Experience utilizing an ERP or SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the customer by managing inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and claims while delivering exceptional service and timely solutions.
• Review customer requirements, provide accurate pricing and product availability, and ensure orders are processed and acknowledged promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to meet customer needs and drive on-time delivery.
• Analyze sales and customer data, resolve issues proactively, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and contribute to team success through cross-functional projects and operational support.
