GCG's Connectivity & Power Solutions (CPS) division is expanding its inside sales team in Tempe, Arizona, to support and accelerate growth with its West Coast customer base. This role is ideal for Inside Sales professionals who excel in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and are motivated to contribute significantly to business growth. The CPS division is a premier provider of wire, cable, and connectivity products, offering a comprehensive portfolio that caters to diverse industries, including power and industrial cables, Mil-Spec, high-temperature, communication, control, and specialty wire solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring responsive service, accurate quoting, and reliable follow-through. You will support a wide range of customers by resolving issues, processing orders, and identifying opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling. This role offers a strong growth trajectory for individuals who thrive in a high-volume sales setting and wish to make a tangible impact, support customers at scale, and contribute to an efficient quote-to-cash process. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement after completing initial training and will be based at our Tempe, AZ office, serving customers across West Coast time zones.
