About The Position
An established and well-regarded fresh cut processor is adding to their small team. Our client is strongest in the Northeast but can ship nationwide. Biggest customers are broadline foodservice and retail. (Regional and Independent) This newly created role will support some of their biggest and most important customers, as well as developing new and/or marginal accounts. This position is based full-time in the greater Hackensack, NJ area office.
Requirements
- Account management experience of both new and existing customers
- Knowledge and understanding of the fresh produce supply chain and operations
Nice To Haves
- Foodservice and Retail experience preferred
- Good wholesale business experience
- Previous sales experience in fresh produce strongly preferred
- Perishable food backgrounds considered
