About The Position

Ever thought about a career in sales but didn't know where to start? Or maybe you've been selling for a while and you're ready for a base salary, real training, and a commission plan that doesn't cap out. Olly Olly helps small businesses market themselves online, and we're looking for someone who wants to build a career, not just take a job. No sales background required. We'll teach you everything, starting with 30 days on the phones before you're running your own book of business as a full Account Executive. You'd be helping small business owners get found online: getting them showing up in local searches, running ads that bring in real calls and appointments, and giving them a clear picture of what's working. Every small business owner has the same problem: "customers can't find me." You're the one who fixes it.

Requirements

• No sales background required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• The drive to learn, compete, work hard, and keep improving
• Recent grads: no sales experience required. We’ll teach you the sales process and give you the coaching and tools to succeed.

Nice To Haves

• People coming out of retail, bartending, restaurants, coaching, team sports, the military, or any job where they had to work as part of a team and talk to people all day tend to do well here.
• Experienced reps who are tired of a capped plan and want a floor that actually rewards production.

Responsibilities

• Making 80 to 100 outbound calls a day to connect with small business owners
• Learning a proven sales process and sticking to it
• Building a pipeline and managing it
• Working closely with your local sales floor and manager
