About The Position

We are looking for a hungry, high-velocity Inside Sales Account Executive who wants to master the art of the momentum sale. If you are a top-performing BDR ready to own a closing number, or an AE who thrives in a high-volume environment, this is your entry point into a category-defining AI company. You will run full-cycle sales for our SMB and Growth segment. The sales process here is fast, analytical, and highly structured. For most sales, you receive an inbound lead, run a tight discovery call and guide to an install, then run a lightweight go-live process for our free trial. You will guide the customer through the A/B test, and then use the undeniable ROI data to close the deal. This role will also involve some prospecting, including email outreach and working with leads nurtured from existing campaigns. We are early. There is no perfect playbook. You will be working directly with the senior leadership of the company to both drive revenue and help build the machine. This is an exciting opportunity to help define not just the outward category of AI in eCommerce, but also the inward-facing category of how AI-first sales looks for modern companies. This role is fully-remote — Headquarters in Boston, MA. Travel to headquarters 4 to 6 times per year.

Requirements

  • 2–4 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record as a top-tier BDR/SDR looking to step into a closing role, or experience as a quota-carrying AE in a high-velocity environment.
  • A "Volume and Velocity" Mindset: Understanding the cadence to maintain a large book of SMB opportunities, keep pipeline moving, prevent deals from stalling, and manage multiple trial periods.
  • Analytical Fluency: Comfort discussing A/B testing methodologies, ROI calculations, and conversion metrics.
  • Lightweight Technical Comfort: Ability to guide customers through basic installation or screen-share setup and handle minor technical questions.
  • Marketing Empathy: Understanding of outbound prospecting and inbound marketing as a single ecosystem, eagerness to help write copy, test messages, and refine workflows.
  • Comfort with modern prospecting tools like Clay and Apollo, and knowledge of managing email flows.
  • Unrelenting Hustle: Operating with urgency, taking initiative, and ensuring winnable deals are closed.

Responsibilities

  • Own the inbound acquisition pipeline for our SMB segment, guiding Heads of eCommerce through a structured sales cycle: initial pitch, installation, free-trial kickoff, and ROI review to secure the recurring revenue contract.
  • Monitor marketing nurture streams and proactively intercept high-intent prospects via email and phone.
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns against specific high-value SMB accounts to expand market footprint.
  • Build a compelling, data-backed business case for prospects, demonstrating how the AI models lift conversion rates and justify pricing.
  • Translate customer results into positive reviews on G2 and Shopify, as well as testimonials and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze inbound yield, design email workflows, and refine ad copy.
  • Run cross-selling for new product launches to the install base in SMB and Growth segments.
