About The Position

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a family-owned roofing and construction company serving homeowners since 1977. We have expanded rapidly throughout the Midwest and are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities into qualified appointments and closed projects. Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
• Residential (B2C) sales experience required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong closing, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets.
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Home services or roofing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate roofing and exterior project opportunities.
• Answer inbound calls from homeowners, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into scheduled inspections and sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, estimates, and open opportunities to maximize close rates.
• Build rapport with customers and educate them on Shamrock's roofing products, services, and claims process.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best roofing solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities within company systems.
• Coordinate with Roofing Project Managers to ensure a smooth transition after the sale.
• Maintain professional communication through phone, email, and text.
• Stay current on company products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

• Base salary: $40,000–$45,000 depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission with earnings on every closed sale.
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 30 days of employment (effective the first of the following month).
• PTO accrual after 30 days of employment.
• 401(k) eligibility after six months of employment.
