Requirements

• 1+ year of inside sales, call center sales, or high-volume customer sales experience
• Hunter mentality with a customer-first approach
• Resilience and grit-no fear of rejection
• Strong closing skills and competitive drive
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Clear, confident phone presence and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

Nice To Haves

• Home services, HVAC, plumbing or trades experience preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and digital leads
• Qualify customer needs, urgency, and budget to maximize conversion.
• Educate homeowners on HVAC services, maintenance plans, replacements and financing options.
• Handle objections confidently and move customers to action.
• Follow up on unconverted leads to recover revenue opportunities.
• Track activity, conversion rates, and results in CRM (Service Titan experience a plus)
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and field sales to drive growth.
