This position can be in the Duluth office or remote based.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales (experience in the design or furniture industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), MS Suite, and virtual communications platforms (Teams)
  • College degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the company’s residential go-to-market trade strategy. ‑to‑market trade strategy.
  • Partner with the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals and manage budgets.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of company products, features, and manufacturing processes.

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with targeted residential design firms.
  • Deepen engagement with prospect and buyer files to advance opportunities, strengthen relationships, and drive conversion.
  • Travel to meet with external partners to support project and territory management and develop new business opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows to engage, educate, and represent the brand effectively.
  • Prepare quotations, enter orders, and respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries.
  • Provide customers with current information on materials, production timelines, and product details.
  • Coordinate and distribute sales support materials, including product samples.
