Requirements
- 1+ years related work experience OR a high school diploma/GED
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail
- High level of initiative
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, and provide expert advice on equipment rental options to meet customer needs.
- Perform comprehensive needs assessments to accurately identify the customer's project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Strengthen collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize equipment fleet utilization and drive new business opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both in-person and on the phone, and ensure that your knowledge of equipment inventory enables you to offer innovative and effective solutions to customers.
