About The Position
The Inside Merchant Growth Specialist (IMGS) drives same-store sales growth by managing remote merchant relationships, coaching utilization, and maintaining consistent outbound engagement. Success is measured by increased funding activity and predictable portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: At least one year of inside sales or phone sales experience—you must know how to pick up the phone, engage, and close the deal.
- Consistence is a must: We are looking for business professionals with a consistent work history, verifiable on their resume.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate and able to operate common office machines.
- Minimum Age: 18 years old
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
- Grow funded volume within assigned merchant portfolio (minimum $25K MoM)
- Increase merchant utilization, reactivation, and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners
- Proactively identify and address performance or engagement gaps
- Coach merchants on sales strategies to increase financing adoption
- Monitor trends and intervene to sustain production growth
- Execute 65–75 daily outbound calls to drive engagement
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and manage a prioritized pipeline
