Inside Medical Device Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support our Urology product line by assisting patients via inbound and outbound calls. Requirements
- 2+ years of inside sales experience required (healthcare device or insurance preferred)
- Strong closing and objection‑handling skills
- Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
- Clear communication, active listening, and empathy
- Ability to relate compassionately to elderly patients
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRM systems, and phone software
- Positive attitude, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and reliable
Nice To Haves
- Medical or healthcare industry knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote medical devices and supplies to patients through inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct education‑based sales conversations focused on patient needs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service
- Answer questions related to products, insurance, and documentation requirements
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Build strong patient relationships
- Accurately collect patient information and document all interactions in CRM
- Follow Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and private insurance regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient health information
- Collaborate with team members and maintain dependable attendance
