The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound calls and follow-up to ensure targeted profitable growth in support of the Commercial and Industrial lines of business. Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales or high-volume customer service experience.
  • Skills: Strong "closing" DNA, excellent verbal communication, and a self-starter mentality.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM databases.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Generate new business by proactively reaching out to B2B prospects and responding to inbound inquiries with speed and precision.
  • Consultative Selling: Develop a deep understanding of GFL’s diverse service lines to offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Relationship Management: Utilize our CRM to document activities, manage leads, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
  • Collaborative Success: Work closely with the field sales team to "flip" complex permanent business opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience.
