About The Position

On behalf of a growing national private lending platform, this role originates and closes high-volume loans for real estate investors nationwide. It is suited to a proven producer with an established book of business and strong investor-community relationships. The position is based in Tampa, Florida, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office. The officer manages Private Lending, DSCR, and Business Purpose Loan (BPL) transactions from application through closing, while developing business through existing relationships, self-sourced opportunities, company-provided leads, and industry networking.

Requirements

Proven success as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or Private Lending Professional.
Established book of business and transferable client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to self-generate business and close loans.
History of high-volume production, preferably $3 million or more in funded loans per month.
Strong consultative sales, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Private Lending, DSCR, and/or BPL products.

Responsibilities

Originate, manage, and close Private Lending, DSCR, and Business Purpose Loan (BPL) transactions.
Leverage existing client relationships and self-source new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners.
Convert company-provided leads into additional funded volume.
Manage the loan process from application through closing.
Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records.
Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and business development activities.
