Lennox National Account Services (NAS), wholly owned by Lennox International, is a major, national player in the Commercial Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and service industry. NAS is expanding and seeking individuals who want to grow and learn. This role provides basic technical troubleshooting assistance to internal service technicians and other field personnel to resolve technical system issues. Duties include providing basic remote troubleshooting and installation assistance of HVAC/R equipment, troubleshooting issues with circuits, components, and controls, providing technical documentation, guiding callers to appropriate field personnel if needed, and documenting call information into a call-tracking database.
