We are growing and seeking a well-rounded, college graduate for an Inside Channel Development Representative position on our Suture sales team. This role entails marketing specialty sutures to hospitals, surgery centers, and doctor's offices. Job responsibilities include all aspects sales to hospitals, physicians and their staff. Specific functions include: collaborative engagement of field sales representatives, provide clinical support, provide contracting support, create brand awareness, prospecting, account profiling, pipeline creation, coordinating education calls, unsolicited proposals, post-sale account management, and ultimate customer satisfaction and loyalty. Successful candidates will enter a two-year professional development program where they will receive a salary, commission, professional sales training and experience in medical sales.
