Lauderdale located in Deerfield Beach, FL. We are hiring immediately! What this position provide: Hourly rate of $25.00, with opportunity for performance based bonuses. 35 hour work week Vacation and Sick time Paid Holidays Company matched 401K up to 6%! Requirements

Demonstrated prior experience in inside sales is highly preferred for this role.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A suitable candidate must work well within a team, be able to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines, and have excellent organizational skills.
A working knowledge of various common software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). AS400 knowledge is preferred.
Self-starter who is organized, thorough with attention to detail & follow-up skills.
Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently

Responsibilities

The primary role of the Inside Account Representative is to follow up with current customers to expand and promote all of our lines of business.
Conduct job completion follow-up with customers ensuring satisfactory completion of work.
Handles customer's confidential payment information.
Understanding of the customer base for the type of work being managed.
Ability to interface with restaurant management and apartment complex managers.
Develop relationships with customers to build customer loyalty.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and praise.
Work closely with service technicians in the selling and estimating processes.
