About The Position

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outbound engagement with existing and prospective customers. They manage and expand assigned accounts by identifying opportunities, promoting products and services, and supporting customers through the full sales cycle using phone and digital channels. The position works closely with Regional Managers, Area Managers, and independent representatives to execute regional strategies, support new product launches, and ensure strong coordination between sales, operations, and customer care. Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, call activity, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field of education.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with prosthetic device components, socket design principles, and myoelectric/bionic system functionality strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Makes proactive outbound sales calls to existing and targeted customers to build relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Manages daily call volume, talk time, and customer contacts in line with established activity and performance goals
  • Follows up on inbound and outbound sales leads and consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales objectives
  • Conducts sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and virtual platforms, and closes opportunities independently when appropriate
  • Identifies cross sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintains current knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and technical developments impacting target markets
  • Supports and participates in new product launches, promotions, and regional sales initiatives
  • Responds to technical, product, and pricing questions from customers and prospects with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintains a high level of proficiency across product knowledge, customer service standards, systems, and order entry processes
  • Collaborates closely with field sales, operations, customer care, and R&D to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience
  • Evaluates multiple reports and data sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and makes informed recommendations
