About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Inside Account Representative to manage and grow relationships with our existing client base while developing new business opportunities. This role focuses on helping customers achieve their branding and signage goals through consultative selling.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • Comfortable selling to executives and decision‑makers
  • Strong cold‑calling and prospecting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and results-driven
  • Strong problem‑solving and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
  • Identify, develop, and sell signage and branding solutions
  • Prospect new business and meet established activity and pipeline goals
  • Conduct outbound calls and establish buying cycles and customer needs
  • Increase sales within assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with design, estimating, project management, and operations teams
  • Transition new accounts to project management
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and sales reports
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
