About The Position

The Inside Account Representative for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization delivers results and provides exceptional customer service to our partners. In this role, you work with specific, identified accounts and are the daily point of contact. You will proactively drive revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability. Requirements

  • 4-year degree and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
  • Possesses strong data entry skills.
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.

  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manages customer and territory Profit & Loss.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills to successfully manage the growth and profitability of assigned territory.
  • Generates new business through inbound and outbound calling.
  • Coordinates with field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR presentations.
  • Identifies business growth opportunities through research and executes growth plans for the sales territory.
  • Responsible for having knowledge of customers within assigned territory and creating relationships at the purchasing, sales, and operational levels.
  • Aligns with vendor management to introduce, drive, and execute goals.
  • Helps coordinate customer engagement with Finance and Purchasing either directly or through executing actions of these groups.
  • Builds and maintains detailed account profiles for each customer and has the ability to identify opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable.
  • Identifies potential issues and challenges and provides visibility to them in a timely manner to Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
  • Develops written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and delegates repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.
  • Could travel / attends TD SYNNEX and Industry events depending on necessity.
  • Collaborates with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.
  • Develops and maintains relationships at all levels with customers.
  • Possesses basic understanding of TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives and can provide value proposition to customer base.
  • Uses project management skills to complete customer requests.
  • Performs other additional duties as assigned.
