About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative generates new business through proactive outbound prospecting, customer engagement, and pipeline management, develops customer relationships, presents technology solutions, prepares proposals, and closes sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with AIS’s mission of providing technology that works with service customers love. This position is based in North Las Vegas, Nevada, reports to the Sales Manager, and is classified as Exempt under the FLSA. This role supports AIS’s purpose “To provide technology that works and revolutionizes Client’s business with service they’ll fall in love with”.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of inside sales, business development, or related sales experience with demonstrated success achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven relationship-building skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and close new business growth that meets and/or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline utilizing various methods including phone calls, emails, and video.
  • Ensure accurate sales operations and customer experience.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales, gross profit, and activity objectives.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting by telephone, email, video conferencing, referrals, networking, social media, and other approved methods, and through diligent customer follow-up.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries, qualify opportunities, and conduct discovery to identify business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Present AIS products and services through virtual demonstrations and presentations, prepare quotations and proposals within company guidelines, negotiate terms, and close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, including customer information, communications, pipeline activity, opportunities, and sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Service, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate implementation of customer solutions and order fulfillment.
  • Build and sustain professional customer relationships before, during, and after the sale while safeguarding confidential customer and company information.
  • Spend time researching targeted accounts.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards and perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
