About The Position

Operate machines that insert/fold printed matter, such as letters or booklets into folders or envelops. Set up and adjust the machine to operate efficiently. Oversee output and make adjustments as necessary. Responsible for training and supporting new and existing team members as assigned. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment
Good eye-hand coordination
Strong mechanical aptitude required
Ability to communicate in English -read, write, understand
Ability to exert up to 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 - 25 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
