Inserter Operator 1- 2nd Shift

This role involves operating machines that insert printed matter, such as letters or booklets into folders or envelopes. The operator will be responsible for setting up and adjusting the machine for efficient operation, overseeing output, and making necessary adjustments. Additionally, the position includes training and supporting new and existing team members.
Requirements
- Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment which can be set up and operated following a few step by step instructions and the skill to operate the equipment
- Skill to perform minor clerical tasks incidental to the operation of the equipment (e.g., maintain machine operating and maintenance records, write new identification labels for computer tapes, etc.)
- Skill to perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the equipment
- Ability to identify if improper machine operation and make basic adjustments
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
