About The Position

The INR (Imaging – Navigation – Robotics) Pricing & Quoting Specialist will be a key member of our INR Sales Finance team, and will actively support our global field sales leaders and regional sales managers by providing accurate and timely quoting, sales support, pricing, and reporting. This position will report to the INR Pricing Manager and will assist in carrying out strategic and operational initiatives to enhance INR commercial sales processes globally. This position will also partner with key internal departments in support of capital and service sales accounting and order-to-cash activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a strong communicator and collaborator, detail-orientated, well-organized, and deadline driven.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience & education) with at least 2 years of finance-related experience in Commercial Sales Administration/Operations.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), financial, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills with high levels of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Well organized with ability to handle and complete multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
  • Team player and strong collaborator.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working directly with field sales teams in a MedTech capital sales support role is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supports INR field sales team and internal stakeholders in pre- and post-sales activities including quoting, pricing, and order entry of capital & service offerings.
  • Assists INR Pricing Manager with various initiatives around deal quoting tools, pricing agreements, system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Supports INR commercial sales activities globally by providing pricing analyses, timely and accurate reporting, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Collaborates with internal departments such as Accounts Receivable, Legal, Contracts, and Customer Service in order-entry and order-to-cash activities.
  • Successfully tracks and manages long-term contracts (e.g. Pricing, Service, Rental) and the tracking of deal terms to ensure action items are timely executed.
  • Adhere to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, the MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
  • Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
