About The Position

We are seeking an Inplant Ink Room Supervisor to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for maintaining INX's on-site ink room.

Requirements

• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• 3 to 5 years in lab and ink manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
• Excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skills
• Able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Previous supervisory experience

• College degree
• Previous experience within the Ink Industry

Responsibilities

• Maintaining daily communication and direction to inplant employees
• Acting as INX 5S Leader
• Maintaining training program
• Attending customer technical meetings
• Scheduling vacations and coverage, including sick time
• Maintaining KPI's
• Helping oversee/direct color matching, inventory, ink manufacturing and housekeeping
