Inplant Ink room Manager
About The Position
We are seeking an In-plant Ink Room Manager to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including making ink. As an Inplant Ink room Manager you will be responsible for performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink, manufacturing batches of ink under 150 lbs., performing Quality Control tests on site-manufactured batches, being responsible for inventory management and monthly consignment counts, and maintaining INX's excellent relationship with the customer by superior service.
Requirements
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
- Communicate effectively with peers and customers
- Excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Good organization skills

- Previous lab, inplant, and warehouse experience
- SAP Knowledge
- Customer service skills
- College degree
- Previous experience within the Ink Industry
