About The Position

We are seeking an In-plant Ink Room Manager to work at our customer's site in Pleasant Praire, WI. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including making ink. As an Ink Room Inplant Manager you will be responsible for: Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink Manufacturing batches of ink under 100 lbs. Performing Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches Being responsible for inventory management and monthly consignment counts Maintaining INX's excellent relationship with the customer by superior service

Requirements

• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Have 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
• Communicate effectively with peers and customers
• Have excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
• Demonstrate proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
• Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Have good organization skills

• Previous lab, inplant, and warehouse experience
• SAP Knowledge
• Customer service skills
• College degree
• Previous experience within the Ink Industry
