Your Impact As Inpatient Therapy Manager, you’ll: Lead and mentor therapy staff. Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes. Coordinate inpatient/swing bed coverage and scheduling. Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Oklahoma (or eligible)
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Passion for rural healthcare and community impact
• A team builder who enjoys mentoring others
• A critical thinker who adapts and solves problems
• A patient advocate focused on quality outcomes
• A leader who leads by example

Responsibilities
