As a key member of the team, the Therapist/Counselor will oversee therapeutic services for a caseload of patients, acting as the treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in developing and implementing the master treatment plan and discharge plan. This role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy, actively communicating with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues, and completing all associated documentation professionally and in a timely manner.
