The Inpatient Therapist/Counselor is a vital part of the Northpoint team, responsible for overseeing therapeutic services for a caseload of patients. This role involves coordinating the development and implementation of master treatment plans and discharge plans with a multi-disciplinary team. The position requires providing individual, group, and family therapy, actively communicating with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies regarding patient treatment and safety, and ensuring all documentation is completed professionally and in a timely manner.
