About The Position

This is a full-time, 90% FTE position for an Inpatient RN in Surgical Oncology. The role involves working the day shift from 7a-7p, with rotating weekends and holidays, at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in northern Illinois. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
Bi-annual CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

Specialty certification in area of concentration.
ACLS certification within two years of hire (for 9th Floor Only).

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in the Surgical Oncology unit.
Work day shift, 7a-7p.
Rotate weekends and holidays.
Participate in on-call rotations.
Engage in shared governance structure.
