About The Position
This position is for an Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Surgical Oncology. The role involves providing care to patients within the Surgical Oncology unit. The work schedule is primarily night shifts, with rotations for weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Bi-annual CPR certification.
- UW Health Chemotherapy course completion within six months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Specialty certification in area of concentration.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in the Surgical Oncology unit.
- Work 3-12 hour shifts per week.
- Rotate every third weekend and holiday.
