About The Position
This position is for an Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role is 90% FTE and involves night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. The compensation includes competitive pay, shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, as well as potential overtime and on-call pay.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
- ACLS certification required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Work night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
- Participate in overtime and on-call as applicable.
