About The Position
This position is for an Inpatient RN in the Operating Room at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role is 60% FTE, working Saturdays and Sundays from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The compensation includes competitive pay, shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, as well as potential overtime and on-call pay.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- 2 years experience in an Emergency Room setting or Psychiatric Nursing setting (for 911 Call Center Triage Only).
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
- Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence.
Nice To Haves
- Community nursing experience (for 911 Call Center Triage Only).
- Specialty certification in area of concentration.
- ACLS certification within two years of hire (for 9th Floor Only).
