About The Position

This position is for an Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role involves working 3-12 hour shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays, with a schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The position is 90% FTE and may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. Additional compensation includes impressive shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend hours, as well as potential for overtime and on-call pay. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
• Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois
• Bi-annual CPR certification
• NRP by end of orientation
• STABLE certification within 1 year
• RNC certification within 3 years of hire
