Inpatient RN NICU
About The Position
This position is for an Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The work schedule is 90% FTE, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays. Additional compensation components include shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend hours, overtime, and on-call pay. There is also a potential sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois
- Bi-annual CPR certification
- NRP by end of orientation
- STABLE certification within 1 year
- RNC certification within 3 years of hire
