About The Position

The Inpatient RN, NICU works at UW Health Women and Children's Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. The position is 90% FTE, with three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and rotating weekends and holidays. Compensation may include a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, shift differentials of $4 per hour for evening shifts, $5 per hour for night shifts, and $4.25 per hour for weekend shifts, as applicable, as well as overtime and on-call pay. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
Provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
Obtain NRP by the end of orientation.
Obtain STABLE certification within one year.
Obtain RNC certification within three years of hire.
