About The Position
This position is for an Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neuro Med Surg unit at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role involves working 90% FTE, with 3 12-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays. The shift hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The position offers competitive pay with significant shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend work, as well as potential overtime and on-call pay.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Bi-annual CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Specialty certification in area of concentration.
- For 9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care on the Neuro Med Surg unit.
