About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical Surgical unit at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role involves 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, working from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The position offers competitive pay with shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts, as well as potential for on-call and overtime pay.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Bi-annual CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Specialty certification in area of concentration.
- 9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire.
