About The Position
This is a full-time Inpatient RN position at the Center for Mental Health, working at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in northern Illinois. The role involves a 90% FTE schedule with day/evening shifts from 0700-1930, including rotating weekends and holidays. Additional compensation may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime pay, and on-call pay. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Bi-annual CPR certification.
- CPI within 6 months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Specialty certification in area of concentration.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient nursing care within the Center for Mental Health.
- Work day/evening shifts from 0700-1930.
- Rotate weekends and holidays.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Adhere to bi-annual CPR certification requirements.
- Obtain CPI certification within 6 months of hire.
