About The Position

Seeking physicians to work within a top inpatient rehabilitation hospital serving the wonderful patients of the Tampa Bay, Florida area. This large team of physicians and advanced practice professionals provides inpatient, post-acute, and transitional care with the utmost excellence. Join a prestigious private physician-led organization that emphasizes the importance of culture, hard work, and recognition. With nearly 60 providers, the team thrives off of collaboration and has a great system in place for flexible scheduling, consisting of a possible blocked schedule with additional flex shifts per month. Patient census varies on the inpatient rehab hospital assigned within the greater Tampa area, but all are manageable daily loads, and the physician will have a strong team of clinical and/or APP support.

Requirements

• Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or PMR
• Active Florida medical licensure (or applied for ideally)
• Full-time, W2, employed contract

Nice To Haves

• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• Available to start this year

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient, post-acute, and transitional care.
• Manage daily patient loads within the inpatient rehab hospital.
• Collaborate with a strong team of clinical and/or APP support.
