As a PRN Inpatient RN, you will work 7a-7p. In the beginning, this position will need to work part-time or full-time hours to get oriented, and after that, work a minimum of 96 hours a month, more hours are available if candidate desires. The first week of orientation will require Monday - Wednesday, 8-hour shifts, although, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts would be ideal. This position comes with a flat rate of pay and qualifies for shift differentials. The inpatient registered nurse holds a safety sensitive position and delivers personalized comprehensive care to patients through the nursing process, combining therapeutic use of self, innovative technology and collaboration among patients, families and health care professionals. Responsible and accountable for providing leadership to non-licensed staff as demonstrated by prescribing, delegating and coordinating medical-surgical nursing care for optimum patient outcomes.
