Join our Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse Residency/Fellowship Program—a unique opportunity to gain specialized experience in child and adolescent behavioral health while developing advanced clinical, emotional, and leadership skills. This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding nursing career in a high-impact, fast-paced inpatient psychiatric environment. You'll receive hands-on training, expert mentorship, and guided professional development as part of a multidisciplinary care team. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
  • Current or eligible for Montana RN licensure
  • Strong interest in pediatric behavioral health and inpatient psychiatry
  • CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
