About The Position
Mass General Brigham Cooley Dickinson Hospital is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Part-Time (0.6 FTE) Inpatient Psychiatrist, who has completed an accredited psychiatry residency, to join our dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Service at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts. Inpatient and consult experience preferred. Whether you're a seasoned physician or a recent graduate in Psychiatric Medicine, we welcome your inquiry.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Completed an accredited psychiatry residency

Responsibilities
- Leading an inpatient team with a patient load of 8-11 patients.
- Sharing coverage for the psychiatric consultation service that covers the medical units and the emergency department.
- Student teaching.
- A minimum of 6 weeks of call per year, including phone coverage on weeknights and in person coverage for weekends and included holidays.
