Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist to join our established inpatient behavioral health team at Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified in Psychiatry
Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
Strong interest in inpatient psychiatry
Comfortable supervising and collaborating with psychiatric nurse practitioners and physician assistants
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Practice at Brookwood Hospital, one of Alabama's premier behavioral health facilities
Join the largest psychiatric hospital in Alabama
Collaborate with an experienced team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners
Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers
Work with comprehensive multidisciplinary support staff
Manage established patient volume with efficient workflows
Help shape patient care and clinical quality initiatives
Participate in phone call one night per week
Participate in one weekend of call per month
Share call responsibilities with experienced providers
