We are recruiting for a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Marlton, NJ. This position is not benefit eligible. POSITION SUMMARY: The Physical Therapist (PT) is an integral member of the rehab team. The PT is responsible for the administration of appropriate treatment techniques and modalities for the rehabilitation of children aged birth to 21. The PT Responsible for adherence to the scope and standards of practice as defined by the American Physical Therapy Association. The PT uses creativity, professional judgment, and problem solving techniques to achieve quality outcomes and provide the highest quality of patient centered care. The PT participates in patient and family teaching and works collaboratively with other disciplines. The PT plays an integral role in facilitating functional performance through the integration of skill development, strength and movement, play based activities, and social-emotional development.

Requirements

  • BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • NJ licensure for physical therapy
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum of 2 years previous pediatric experience (medical or educational settings preferred)
  • Strong organizational / time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well as a team member
  • For Telehealth Services: If treating a patient that is physically located outside of New Jersey, the treating therapist must comply by the rules in accordance with the state licensing board in the state where the patient is physically located

Nice To Haves

  • MA/MS/MPT/DPT preferred
  • Post graduate pediatric experience in both medical and educational settings preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience preferred
