About The Position

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Inpatient Physical Therapists to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to provide high-quality therapy services to patients in an acute hospital setting.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an inpatient setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.
• Implement treatment interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
